Qviller Software ("we", "us" or "our") operates the Numerica application (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").
This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.
Service is the Numerica application operated by Qviller Software
Personal Data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
Usage Data is data collected automatically either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).

Chat logs are deleted 5 days after a game is finished.
You are entitled to require us, at any point in time, to delete your Personal Data by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Your personal data is also deleted if your account is terminated, either by you or by us. Your account will be terminated and your personal data erased if your account remains inactive for a period of 1 year.

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service ("Service Providers"), provide the Service on our behalf, perform Service-related services or assist us in analysing how our Service is used. These third parties include, but are not limited to, application stores, cloud services, mobile and desktop software platforms, social networking services and payment providers.
These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
Please note that by using or accessing these Service Providers, you may be subject to third party terms and conditions and privacy policies. Qviller Software is not liable for any such third party terms and conditions, nor for the third parties' use of your personal data. Through ads displayed in the Service, you may be enabled to access third party products and services. Please be aware that these products and/or services are developed and administered by people and/or companies not which are not affiliated with or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the actions of those people and/or companies, nor for the content of their products or services, or their use of the information that you provide to them. The fact that the Service is linking to those products and/or services does not mean we sponsor or are, in any way, affiliated with, those people and/or companies. Unless required by mandatory law, Qviller Software is not liable for the acts or omissions of these third parties.
We may use third party services to provide authentication for the Service with a social networking ID or a cloud service account. We may also use third party services to store your personal user data.
We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyse the use of our Service.
Firebase is an analytics service provided by Google Inc. We use Firebase Analytics to monitor the Service, and to collect aggregated, anonymous statistical information about the usage of the Service. The intention behind the data collection is to improve the Service. We also use Firebase Crashlytics to monitor crash situations in the Service. We do not rely on first party cookies or identifiers in connection with our usage of Firebase Analytics/Crashlytics, and the data we collect cannot be used to identify or relate to individual users.
Visual Studio AppCenter
If you use Numerica for Windows, we use Visual Studio AppCenter to monitor the Service, and to collect aggregated, anonymous statistical information about the usage of the Service. The intention behind the data collection is to improve the Service. We also use Visual Studio AppCenter to monitor crash situations in the Service. We do not rely on first party cookies or identifiers in connection with our usage of Visual Studio AppCenter, and the data we collect cannot be used to identify or relate to individual users.
On all platforms, you may opt out of Numerica analytics data collection entirely by navigating to Settings and turning off "Collect analytics data and crash reports".
We may use third-party Service Providers to show advertisements to you to help support and maintain our Service.
AdMob by Google
AdMob by Google is provided by Google Inc.
Your consent is required in order to present you with personalized ads from Google.
Facebook Advertising Network
The Facebook Advertisting Network (FAN) is operated by Facebook.
Personalized ads delivered by FAN is based on your agreement with Facebook.
If you log in to Numerica using your Facebook accout, you will be presented with ads provided by the Facebook Advertisting Network. Please note that logging in using Facebook is not required in order to use Numerica. Depending on your Facebook settings, these ads may be targeted to you specifically. If you use Numerica for Windows, ads will be delivered to your device through the Service using Microsoft Advertising provided by Microsoft.
We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.
Our Service does not specifically target anyone under the age of 18 ("Children").
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you become aware that your Child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
